Governance and Bylaws Committee

This committee shall include 5 Directors appointed by the Board, and the President who serves as a non-voting ex-officio member. The committee shall examine the functioning of the corporation and its governing Bylaws, records, documents, policies and business rules and find ways to improve effective operation of the corporation and minimize risk of exposure, while complying with laws, regulations and good business practices. The Committee shall consider all changes to the Bylaws. In addition the committee is charged to examine other like functioning organizations for benchmarking and recommend process improvements.
