Budget and Financial Oversight Committee

The Budget & Financial Oversight Committee (Formerly known as the Investment Committee) shall include 3 Directors appointed by the Board, and the Treasurer who serves as a non-voting ex officio member. The committee shall propose a budget each year to be considered at the first meeting of the Board; likewise the committee shall exercise oversight of the Treasurer and develop strategy and policy for the investment of long-term funds.
